The Spark Engine Certified Product Innovation Associate (CPIA) training teaches the foundational practices and frameworks for product management. This is perfectly suited for those that are interested in jump-starting their career in product management and for those that are looking to expand their expertise on key principles of product innovation, human centered design, and iterative product development.
This is a 6-week course with exercises and simulations. Those that complete the program earn a CPIA certification.
The Spark Engine Certified Design Thinking for Innovation (CDTI) training provides product managers, designers, and innovation professionals an opportunity to learn Design Thinking and demonstrate an advanced understanding of key practices and mindsets related to product innovation.
This is a 2-day or 3-day immersive class experience with hands-on application of the principles to real-life projects. You earn a CDTI certification upon completion of the full program.
The Spark Engine Certified Product Innovation Professional (CPIP) certification is a master in product management and innovation to take your expertise to the next level. Product managers, product owners, and product leaders earn a CPIP certification to demonstrate their mastering of product management practices and grow in their career as innovation professionals.
The CPIP training course is an intensive class experience, with 6 weeks of hands-on application to a real product idea. You get coached by Spark Engine coaches on how to develop, plan, and deliver on tangible product and innovation concepts. You earn a CPIP certification upon completion of the full program.

The Certified Product Innovation Trainer (CPIT) certification is the highest level of certification provided by Spark Engine. The CPIT certification is achieved by trainers certified to deliver Spark Engine programs.
The CPIT certification recognizes individuals who demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in driving product innovation and development in enterprise environments. The CPITs are the only professionals certified to deliver Spark Engine programs.
